Refund, Resend & Returns Policy

At Comfort Sia, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a simple and fair 30-day refund, replacement, or return policy.


1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery at repetiuka@gmail.com.
  • Include clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
  • Once confirmed, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

If the issue is minor and does not affect product function, we may offer a partial refund instead.


2. Incorrect or Missing Items

  • If you receive the wrong product or something is missing from your order:
  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your package.

Include a photo of the packaging, shipping label, and received items.
We’ll resend or refund the affected item at no additional cost.


3. Orders Lost in Transit

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time (8–14 business days in the U.S.) and tracking does not show “Delivered”:

  • We’ll investigate with our logistics partner.
  • If confirmed lost, we’ll resend or refund your order.

If tracking shows the order as Delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local postal carrier first.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as successfully delivered.


4. Returns

If a return is required:

  • Our support team will provide the return address and detailed instructions.
  • Returns are usually sent to our fulfillment partner’s warehouse.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Unauthorized returns without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.


5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before they are processed or shipped.
Once the order is in production or in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.
Custom or personalized products cannot be canceled once production has started.


6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements are not available in the following cases:

  • You ordered the wrong size, color, or product.
  • You changed your mind after the order shipped.
  • The shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete.
  • The package was refused, undeliverable, or left at an unsafe delivery location.

7. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund, replacement, or return, email repetiuka@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or videos (if applicable)
  • The delivery date or expected delivery date

Our team will review your case and reply within 2–3 business days.


8. Important Note

All claims are handled fairly and in accordance with our partners’ verified policies.
